## The Caption
The caption is the intent, in plain language. It can route, title, and instruct:
Sound of Law — Article Three read aloud
for the station — birdsong, Finsbury Park, dawn
No syntax to memorise — the model reads it. Without a caption the recording stays private until someone routes it.
## Where It Lands
Constitution material joins Sound of Law. Station material joins the Station Archive for the Open Frequencies. Nothing goes public without the caption asking for it.
